AI can make mistakes. It cannot authenticate an item or guarantee its condition or value. You review the suggestions and decide what to publish.

Can I sell new items as well as used ones?
Yes. Kirnest is being built for both new and pre-loved physical goods. Describe each item accurately, including its condition and any defects. Illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods are not permitted.
Can I download Kirnest now?
Kirnest is currently available to invited beta testers on iPhone and Android. Contact us to ask about testing. There is no public app-store release yet.
Can I pay for an item through Kirnest?
Not yet. In-app checkout and seller payouts are not enabled. Do not send money to someone claiming that Kirnest currently holds, guarantees or protects a payment.
Where do I ask for help or report a concern?
Email ioajiboyebusiness@gmail.com with a short description and the relevant listing or conversation reference. Never include passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.
How can I ask about my personal information?
Contact our support email for questions about information associated with your Kirnest account, or to request account or data deletion. This information page does not provide an account-deletion form.
